At Propel Manufacturing, we aim to dispatch all orders efficiently and with care. Due to the nature of wholesale supply, supplement manufacturing, and custom production, shipping timeframes may vary depending on the product type and order size.
Order Processing Times
Retail and standard ecommerce orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
Custom manufacturing, wholesale, white label, and made-to-order products may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be communicated during the quoting or ordering process.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Carriers
We use a range of trusted freight and courier providers depending on the size and nature of the order.
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary due to:

carrier delays;

peak periods;

weather events;

customs processing;
-
regional delivery locations; or
-
circumstances outside our control.
Propel Manufacturing is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of ordering.
Propel Manufacturing is not responsible for:

lost parcels;
-
delays; or
-
additional shipping costs
resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Risk & Ownership
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from our facility or collection by the freight carrier.
Once shipped, Propel Manufacturing is not liable for:

lost parcels;
-
theft after delivery;
-
carrier delays; or
-
damage caused during transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

your order number;
-
photographs of the packaging and products; and
-
a description of the issue.
Authority to Leave
Where “Authority to Leave” is selected, the customer accepts full responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been made by the carrier.
Propel Manufacturing is not liable for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation has been provided.
Wholesale & Pallet Deliveries
Wholesale and pallet deliveries may require:

commercial delivery access;

forklift availability; or
-
specific delivery arrangements.
Additional freight charges may apply for:

remote locations;
-
redelivery attempts;
-
tailgate services; or
-
special access requirements.
Delays Outside Our Control
Propel Manufacturing is not responsible for delays caused by:

supplier shortages;
-
freight carrier disruptions;
-
customs delays;
-
natural disasters;
-
industrial action; or
-
force majeure events.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays where possible.
