Return & Refund Policy

Propel Manufacturing

At Propel Manufacturing, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of supplement manufacturing, wholesale supply, and custom production, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

Returns

Retail customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and unopened;

  • in its original packaging;

  • in resalable condition; and

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged;

  • the incorrect item has been supplied; or

  • there is a manufacturing fault.

Claims should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order and include:

  • your order number;

  • photographs of the issue; and

  • a description of the problem.

Where an issue is confirmed, Propel Manufacturing may, at its discretion:

  • replace the product;

  • provide a refund; or

  • issue store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety and manufacturing requirements, we do not accept returns for:

  • opened ingestible products;

  • custom manufactured products;

  • white label orders;

  • personalised or custom printed products;

  • special order items;

  • clearance or sale items;

  • gift cards; or

  • products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.

Custom manufacturing deposits are non-refundable once production, sourcing, formulation work, or packaging procurement has commenced.


Batch Variations

The customer acknowledges that minor variations between batches may occur, including:

  • colour;

  • flavour;

  • aroma;

  • texture; and

  • packaging appearance.

These variations are considered normal within the manufacturing industry and do not constitute defects or grounds for refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a return is approved, customers may place a new order separately once the original item has been returned and assessed.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where products are faulty, significantly different from their description, or fail to meet consumer guarantees under applicable law.


Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law;

  • banks and payment providers may require additional processing time; and

  • refunds may be refused where items are returned used, opened, damaged, or outside this policy.
