Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
This is a mutual agreement between Propel360 Pty Ltd (trading as Propel Manufacturing) and you (the Client).
- Purpose: to explore working together on product development, contract or white label manufacturing, sourcing, packaging, formulation and distribution.
- What is protected: product concepts, formulations, recipes, ingredients, processes, supplier and pricing information, costings, and business and marketing plans.
- Both parties keep this information confidential and use it only to evaluate working together.
- Confidentiality continues for five years. Non-circumvention applies for two years.
- Governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
